Meet your awesome teacher!

Helping people see their dream of homeownership become a reality takes a lot of hard work and dedication on the part of many well-rounded and dynamic people.

Loan Officer

About Andie

Our plan is simple:

Educate and equip you with the knowledge needed to comfortably make your own informed decision. If you are looking to purchase your first home and would like helpful insight and direction on your next steps or guidance on where to get started then My First Home Buyer is the perfect experience for you!

Don’t overvalue the resell.

It’s natural to make decisions with the future in mind. While it never hurts to plan ahead, being overly concerned on the resell value of a house before making it your home can hinder your progress moving forward.

Buy for who you are now.

When purchasing a home, it is important to consider your current life. The person you were ten years ago is not who you are now. And there’s no telling who you will be in another decade from now. So when searching for homes, it’s good to focus on what matters most to you now.

Redefine your perfect.

We are not meant to be perfect. No matter how hard we try to seek perfection, it will forever elude us. And that’s okay. A good way to manage expectation is to focus on reaching 70-80% of your home wish list, rather than 100%.
